Nano Emulsion
Technology™
Traditional textile cleaning operates at the macro scale — water, detergent, suction. Our Nano Emulsion Technology operates at the nanometre scale, where the physics of contamination and fibre bonding actually take place. This is not incremental improvement. It is a category change.
What Is a Nano Emulsion?
An emulsion is a mixture of two or more liquids that would not normally mix — oil and water being the classic example. A nano emulsion is an emulsion where the dispersed droplet size has been reduced to the nanometre range: typically 20 to 200 nanometres in diameter. At this scale, the droplets are orders of magnitude smaller than those in conventional cleaning solutions, and the physics of how they interact with surfaces, fibres, and contaminants changes fundamentally. To understand why this matters, it helps to first understand how different carpet fibre types bond to contaminants — a process that conventional cleaning cannot fully address.
Nano-scale droplets penetrate fibre matrices that are physically inaccessible to larger droplets. They can travel through the micro-gaps between fibre strands, reach contamination that has been embedded over months or years, and surround contaminant particles at the molecular level — a process called encapsulation. Once encapsulated, the contaminant-droplet complex is extracted completely, leaving no residue of either the cleaning agent or the contaminant behind. This is the mechanism that eliminates the crunchy texture carpets develop after cleaning with residue-leaving detergents.
This is the core of why our process produces Zero Residue results: the cleaning agent is engineered to extract completely. Not rinsed — extracted. There is no separate rinse step, no residual film, and no sticky coating left on the fibre to re-attract soil. This is also why our clients don't experience carpet stains returning after cleaning — the wicking mechanism has no residue layer to travel back through.

How The Process Works — Step by Step
01. Textile Assessment
Every surface is assessed before treatment. Fibre type, contamination profile, construction density, and any existing damage are evaluated. This determines the specific nano emulsion formulation and application parameters for that surface.
02. Nano Emulsion Application
Our proprietary nano emulsion formula is applied using low-pressure, precision equipment designed to deliver consistent droplet distribution across the entire textile surface. Application is controlled — not flooded.
03. Molecular Encapsulation
Nano-scale droplets penetrate the fibre matrix and begin the encapsulation process. Soil particles, allergens, bacteria, and contaminants are surrounded at the molecular level and bound within the nano-particle structure.
04. Controlled Extraction
Our extraction process removes the encapsulated contaminants completely. Unlike steam cleaning's suction-only extraction, our system is calibrated to the specific droplet size, ensuring total removal.
05. Fibre Restoration Verification
Post-treatment assessment confirms contaminant removal, fibre condition, and drying status. Our target dry time is 60–90 minutes under normal conditions.
