SPOTS
BACK?
Why Spots Return
Carpet spots coming back after cleaning is usually caused by wicking — dissolved soil travels from the backing or underpad up to the fibre tips as the carpet dries. It can also be caused by residue that attracts soil to the same spot. SpeedyDry addresses both with controlled moisture and zero-residue cleaning.
WICKING.
OR RESIDUE.
How Wicking Works
When carpet is over-wetted, dissolved soil penetrates the backing and underpad. As the carpet dries, moisture carries the soil back up to the surface, where it appears as a returning spot. Controlled-moisture cleaning reduces wicking by using less water in the first place.
Our Approach
CONTROLLED
SpeedyDry uses controlled moisture to reduce wicking risk and a zero-residue process to prevent soil-attracting film. If spots return after previous cleaning, corrective cleaning can help. $279.30 minimum plus GST.
