DETERGENT
RESIDUE.
What Is Detergent Residue?
Detergent residue is the chemical film left in carpet fibres when cleaning solution is not fully extracted. It is the most common cause of rapid resoiling after professional carpet cleaning. SpeedyDry uses a zero-residue approach to prevent it.

RESOILS.
The Resoiling Cycle
Detergent residue creates a sticky film on carpet fibres. This film attracts and holds soil, causing the carpet to look dirty again within weeks of cleaning. Each subsequent cleaning that does not fully extract adds more residue, making the problem worse.
Our Approach
